HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

We offer worldwide delivery and shipping costs are determined by zone, with a full breakdown found in the table below. The following shipping guidelines apply to all orders placed before 4pm on any given day.

At checkout, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred delivery method and will be able to check the total order value (including postage and packaging costs) before you complete your order.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Due to current high demand and maintaining safety measures to manage COVID-19, we are currently unable to offer Next Day Delivery, but hope to offer this as soon as we can.

Delivery times vary depending on location and a detailed guide is provided in the shipping costs table found in HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY.

Please be aware that current estimated transit times for standard delivery are 3-10 working days for domestic and between 5-21 working days for international. These delivery times act as a guide, but due to high demand and COVID-19 your order on occasion may take longer to reach you.  

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

On completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from VIEVE along with a separate email containing your tracking link. This link will enable you to track your order status from dispatch through to delivery. If you haven’t received an email containing the tracking link, please reach out to our Customer Care team on either support@vieve.co.uk or 020 3011 0960.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We are able to ship worldwide. 

DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT CHARGES?

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. We do not cover this cost so you will be responsible for paying any import charges that may be added. As customs vary from country to country, unfortunately we can’t advise on these charges, and would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

WHAT ARE THE VAT CHARGES?

VAT (at 20%) is included in the listed retail price on all orders within the UK.

DO YOU DEDUCT VAT ON ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK?

VAT (at 20%) is automatically taken off any orders being delivered outside the UK. 

WHICH CURRENCIES CAN I SHOP IN?

If you are shopping from outside the UK, your bank will convert the cost of your order into the relevant currency. 

LOST, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDER?

At VIEVE we want all of our orders to reach you in perfect condition. If for any reason you have an issue with your order, whether it be lost, damaged or incorrect please reach out to our Customer Care team who will be happy to help.
