ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the Finance team, the AP / AR Assistant will be a key member of the success of our rapidly growing business, ensuring that we are able to run the business smoothly and efficiently. Reporting into the Head of Finance, the AP and AR Assistant will be responsible for providing a first-class AP / AR service to the business, our suppliers, and our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

✦ Planning and execution of the social calendar, creating bespoke strategies and plans for each channel

✦ Sales and expenses invoice processing

✦ Responding to queries from the business, suppliers, and customers

✦ Liaising with company budget holders for approval of invoices

✦ Managing the Accounts inbox

✦ Regular statement reconciliation of all suppliers and customers

✦ Reconciling multiple currency bank accounts

✦ Ledger reviews with Head of Finance

✦ Completing weekly payment runs for submission and approval

✦ Monthly balance sheet reconciliations

✦ Supporting any process and system changes that are implemented for the improvement of the AP / AR process and deliverables

✦ Ad hoc support to Junior Management Accountant and Head of Finance

ABOUT YOU

✦ Good communicator, confident at challenging at all levels

✦ Advanced excel skills

✦ Solution driven attitude with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks

✦ NetSuite experience is preferred but not essential

✦ Be excited about joining a fast-paced and challenging environment

✦ Willingness to learn and figure things out, asking great questions, and being open to coaching

✦ Be self-driven, result-orientated, collaborative and have excellent communication skills
