The National Account Executive will assist in the development and execution of UK Retail Strategy. Reporting to the Head of Commercial you will work across various departments supporting commercial and driving retail excellence. This is a varied role touching on all aspects of Beauty Commercial from retail reporting to VM and Trade Marketing.


Retailer Relationship and Execution

  • Be the main point of contact for all our retailers and partners– and answer any day to day queries
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and external partners to drive business growth
  • Assist in the execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach
  • Conduct regular store visits in line with business needs

Product Launches

  • Manage the full product launch cycle from New Line Form, Samples, Ordering, Visual Merchandising (instore and online) to post campaign performance analysis

Stock Management

  • Stock file management including weekly stock checks
  • Communicate with retailers any BIS or OOS
  • PO Tracker Management

Internal Relationships

  • Work collaboratively with Marketing for any competitor activity and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional campaigns, events and product launches.

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and commercial team, including order processing, invoicing and customer inquiries.
  • Collate Weekly & Monthly Sales Reports
  • Provide Monthly Sales Commentary

Ad-Hoc Business

  • Support Head of Commercial on any other ad-hoc projects
  • Work with Head of Commercial to provide support on overall business needs


  • Previous experience within Beauty is preferred
  • Previous experience in a sales support or commercial assistant role is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications


  • Results driven and high attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills , with a customer-centric mindset
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, with a proactive and results-orientated approach
  • Excited about joining a fast-paced and challenging environment, and true passion for Beauty.
  • Available to commute to central London at least twice per week.
